1. Contact

For returns or cancellation requests, email [email protected] with your order number and relevant details. Return address: [CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: actual returns warehouse; do not assume registered office accepts parcels].

2. Change-of-mind cancellation

For qualifying UK consumer distance sales of goods, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us of cancellation, and then a further 14 days to send goods back. We will reimburse sums due within the legally required period, subject to applicable deductions and conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until goods are returned or proof of return is supplied where law permits.

[CONFIRM: who pays ordinary return postage and whether the checkout provides all required pre-contract information.]

3. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable laws are not affected. If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, contact us for an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

4. Exceptions and digital content

Some items, such as genuinely personalised goods, may qualify for cancellation exceptions. Digital content supplied immediately can have special cancellation rules only where the necessary express consent and acknowledgements are obtained. Do not assume every digital product or competition-linked order is automatically non-refundable.

5. Competition-linked purchases

Where a merchandise order includes prediction entitlements, any cancellation or refund consequences must be disclosed clearly before checkout and must not override statutory rights.

[LEGAL/TECHNICAL REVIEW: define fair handling of associated predictions where a merchandise order is cancelled or refunded, especially once predictions are locked or results published. Do not retroactively alter published rankings without a documented lawful process.]

6. Refund method

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and legally permissible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
